911 audio following the death of porn star Christian Styles captures a caller performing CPR while repeatedly urging emergency responders to hurry, according to dispatch recordings from Canton Township Police.
The emergency call was made in August, shortly before Styles was declared dead. The unnamed caller carried out chest compressions while speaking to dispatchers, who guided them through the procedure.
During the call, the person asked someone else in the home to open the front door as neighbours arrived to help. At one point, the caller said they could not continue giving chest compressions indefinitely.
When paramedics arrived and took over CPR, a family member called out: “I’m here. Please hurry, please.”
Styles’ cause of death was listed as alcohol and mitragynine toxicity. Mitragynine is the primary active compound in kratom, an over-the-counter herbal product used for energy and pain relief.
A report from Michigan’s Wayne County Medical Examiner recorded Styles’ blood alcohol concentration as 0.168 at the time of his death.
His parents discovered his body.
