A Telethon home in Clementine has raised $1.305 million for sick children in Western Australia, turning a newly built property into the centrepiece of this year’s fundraising effort.
The house, in the masterplanned community in the Upper Swan region, about 35km from the city, was delivered through a collaboration between Telethon, Blueprint Homes and the Satterley Group.
Built on almost 600 square metres of land, the property features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a home theatre and a swimming pool in the front garden.
Satterley Group developer Nigel Satterley said his company was pleased to support the cause. “Hopefully we can do this for another 55 years,” he said, referring to the company’s long-standing contribution.
Craig Park, general manager of Blueprint Homes, described the project as the company’s favourite of the year. He said the group valued the opportunity to assist Telethon while demonstrating the quality of its craftsmanship.
During the televised event, 2025 Little Telethon Star Jordan Blair gave the house his approval, naming the front-yard swimming pool as his favourite feature.
