A bus crash near Healesville has reportedly left 20 people injured, with the Melba Highway closed in both directions.
Police and volunteer firefighters are responding to the multi-vehicle collision at Glenburn, which was reported at about 2.40pm.
Police said one of the vehicles involved was a bus. The impact sent it off the road and down an embankment, with at least 18 people understood to have been on board.
Emergency services remain at the scene, while further details about the crash and the condition of those injured have not been released.
