Rapper FBG Casino has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess fentanyl with intent to distribute, reaching a plea deal in a federal case involving drugs allegedly found at an Airbnb used as a stash house.
Casino, whose real name is Rico Deville Buice and who is Future’s brother, entered his guilty plea on Thursday. He now faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in prison.
The offence carries a maximum penalty of life imprisonment and a fine of up to $10 million. He is due to be sentenced on January 7.
A request to continue his pre-trial release conditions until the sentencing hearing was denied, meaning Buice was taken back into custody.
The FBI and DEA searched the Airbnb in November 2025 after claiming it had been used by Buice as a stash house. Investigators said they recovered 17 kilograms of suspected fentanyl bricks, between $300,000 and $388,000 in cash, a Glock handgun, ammunition, an extended magazine, a money counter and destroyed mobile phones.
Under the plea agreement, Buice agreed to forfeit $388,930, along with the Glock, ammunition and magazine.
