Kim Delaney has withdrawn her divorce from James Morgan after her lawyer told a judge that the couple had reconciled, months after the actress obtained a restraining order against him in New Jersey.
Court documents show that the NYPD Blue star filed to dismiss the divorce proceedings. The decision follows several years of reported turmoil in the marriage.
Morgan was arrested for public intoxication at Los Angeles International Airport in July after reportedly becoming involved in an altercation with Delaney and a flight attendant.
The couple had also both been arrested in 2025 following an alleged domestic violence incident. No charges were filed against either of them.
Several months later, Delaney sought and was granted a restraining order against Morgan in New Jersey. She has now apparently decided to end the divorce proceedings and resume the relationship.
