Nicole Kidman has faced renewed cosmetic surgery speculation after appearing at a charity event in New York, where the 59-year-old actress was photographed with a notably smooth complexion.
Kidman attended Charity Day 2026, hosted by the Cantor Fitzgerald Relief Fund at BGC Group, wearing a brown double-breasted blazer with matching trousers, a white shirt and a scarf styled as a tie.
She later attended a US Open match at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center with friends. For the outing, she changed into a cropped pinstriped shirt, ankle-length jeans and white trainers.
Her appearances came after a busy publicity tour for the long-awaited Practical Magic sequel, in which she stars alongside Sandra Bullock.
Nicole Kidman cosmetic surgery speculation
Kidman has been the subject of speculation about her appearance for years, with recent attention focusing particularly on claims that she may have undergone breast augmentation.
The rumours intensified after she wore a low-cut lace gown to the Los Angeles premiere of Practical Magic 2 in late August. Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr Cat Begovic, who has not treated or examined Kidman, said photographs appeared to show “more defined cleavage and upper pole fullness”.
Dr Begovic speculated that the actress could have implants measuring between 225cc and 250cc, describing them as proportionate to her frame. Kidman has never confirmed or denied undergoing breast augmentation.
She has previously acknowledged trying Botox, but said she stopped after being unhappy with the results. Her representatives were approached for comment over the breast augmentation claims.
Bullock, 62, also made a playful reference to the speculation at the Los Angeles premiere. Discussing her long friendship with Kidman, she joked that despite knowing her for around three decades, her “boobs are still in the same place”.
Kidman was recently praised by some viewers for appearing more natural during a BBC interview about Practical Magic 2. Her face appeared less taut than in some previous public appearances as she spoke animatedly about her love of cats.
Several people on social media said they preferred her softer, more relaxed features. One wrote: “Finally some movement around her eyes and forehead! So much better,” while another said: “Nicole looks so good. More natural… it looks so gorgeous.”
