Police were called to an equestrian facility in Alpharetta, Georgia, after one of Kim Zolciak’s sons was accused of firing a pellet gun towards the property to frighten horses.
A police report dated 14 July 2026 records that an employee at the Equestrian Reserve, located across the road from the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star’s home, raised the allegation.
The employee told officers they believed one of Zolciak’s children had been shooting pellets from the family home towards the ranch. They said they did not believe any horses or people had been hit, but thought the apparent aim was to scare the animals.
The child’s name was redacted from the report, and the employee said they could not provide officers with a detailed description. An attending officer reported seeing between 20 and 30 pellets scattered in the road beside the property.
The ranch employee also referred to previous disputes with the family, alleging that fireworks had been set off from the home and that the children had been “verbally rude and uncooperative” when challenged.
When officers went to the house, two young boys answered the door. Police said only one was Zolciak’s son, and that he admitted firing the pellet gun but denied trying to hit either horses or people.
No arrests were made and no charges were filed over the incident.
