Tammy Hembrow’s Gold Coast waterfront mansion is set to go under the hammer on Friday, September 25, with the four-bedroom property expected to attract strong interest despite having no published price guide.
The Broadbeach Waters residence sits on a 979-square-metre block beside the Nerang River and includes four bathrooms, an oversized kitchen, open-plan living and dining areas, a swimming pool, boat ramp and porte-cochère.
Estate agent Jay Helprin has described the home as a rare offering, with recent comparable sales suggesting the land alone could be worth between A$4 million and A$4.3 million. The highest recorded sale on the street is understood to be A$6.125 million. ([realestate.com.au](https://www.realestate.com.au/news/tammy-hembrow-bans-public-from-her-mansions-open-homes/))
The property has 30.6 metres of river frontage and is enclosed behind security gates. It also features a travertine entertaining terrace, fire pit, private boat access and views towards the Gold Coast skyline. Hembrow bought the home in June 2020 for about A$2.8 million. The double-storey residence has since frequently appeared in social media content shared with her millions of followers.
Potential buyers will not be able to attend a conventional public open house. Inspections are being arranged privately, with prospective purchasers vetted by Ray White Malan + Co before being granted access. Mr Helprin said the decision to restrict viewings was intended to ensure that interested parties had the necessary budget and were genuine prospective buyers.
The home’s interiors include Venetian plaster walls, microcement flooring, custom panelling and a large dressing room created after one of the original five bedrooms was converted into additional wardrobe space.
The auction follows a period of change in Hembrow’s personal and professional life, including the closure of her Saski Collection business and the end of her seven-month marriage to reality television personality Matt Zukowski.
