A 17-year-old was critically injured after being struck by a vehicle in Mustang Ridge, Texas, early on Sunday morning, police said.
Officers from the Mustang Ridge Police Department were called to the 6000 block of FM 1327 at about 1.30am following reports of an auto-pedestrian crash.
The teenager was airlifted by StarFlight to a local hospital for treatment. Their identity has not been released.
The Texas Department of Public Safety, Travis County Sheriff’s Office and its HEAT unit assisted at the scene.
Police have not disclosed further details about how the collision happened. The investigation remains ongoing.
