Arson squad detectives are seeking information about the whereabouts of 58-year-old Glenn Anthony Howard after a suspicious house fire in Port Kennedy left a woman with burns and destroyed the property.
Police said they wanted to speak to Mr Howard in connection with the blaze, which broke out at a home on Endeavour Drive shortly after 10pm on Monday, August 31.
A woman in her 40s was taken to Fiona Stanley Hospital for treatment. The Department of Fire and Emergency Services confirmed the house was destroyed.
Mr Howard is known to frequent Port Kennedy and Rockingham, according to police. He is described as about 183cm tall, of medium build, with greying brown hair and blue eyes.
Detectives have warned members of the public not to approach him if he is seen. Police have asked anyone who spots Mr Howard to call 131 444 immediately.
Information about his whereabouts or recent movements can also be provided anonymously to Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
