Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich have relisted their Gold Coast apartment for A$3.75 million after living in the luxury property for only four months.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home is located within the Mondrian Residences at Burleigh Heads, on Queensland’s Gold Coast. The couple bought the apartment off-plan for about A$2.5 million in 2021, four years before the building was completed.
Positioned on the fourth floor and spanning 183 square metres, the property has views towards Burleigh Beach, an open-plan living and dining area, a natural-stone kitchen, Miele appliances and a butler’s pantry.
The apartment also includes a main bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and en suite, two further bedrooms, a central bathroom and two car spaces. Residents have access to a pool, spa, steam room, gym, yoga garden and library, as well as hotel-style services including room service, housekeeping, security and valet parking.
The couple first put the property on the market after moving north from Sydney with their two daughters, Elle and Ruby. They have since decided to return to Sydney, with family ties and work commitments cited as factors in the move.
“It’s been hard living there with lack of family around, and we got a lot of work back in Sydney,” Robards told the Daily Mail.
Coastal agent Ed Cherry previously said the couple had rejected offers in the low A$3 millions. A larger apartment in the Mondrian complex has reportedly sold for A$7.1 million, although it was on a higher floor.
Robards and Heinrich met on the first season of The Bachelor Australia in 2013 and married in Italy in 2018.
