Brooks Nader channelled Pamela Anderson during a promotional appearance for the new Baywatch series in Cannes, wearing an outfit closely matching one worn by Anderson at the festival in 1995.
The 29-year-old model, reality star and actress attended press engagements for the reboot on Thursday, 15 October, in a black leather corset, leggings, boots, opera gloves and sunglasses.
Anderson wore an almost identical ensemble at Cannes while promoting her film Barb Wire. She later became closely associated with the original Baywatch, playing lifeguard C.J. Parker.
Nader was joined in Cannes by her co-star Stephen Amell, who attended in a blue suit.
Baywatch reboot set for January 2027
Fox released the trailer for the reboot earlier this week. The new 12-episode series is due to premiere on Fox in January 2027, although an exact date has not yet been announced, with episodes set to arrive on Hulu the following day.
The series will revisit the franchise’s beachside rescues, relationships and rivalries with a new cast and contemporary storylines, alongside a renewed focus on protecting Southern California’s shoreline.
Baywatch first reached screens in 1989 and went on to air in more than 200 countries, becoming one of the world’s most watched television shows.
