A cyclist has died in a suspected hit-and-run crash in Perth’s southern suburbs, with police searching for the vehicle and driver involved.
The 40-year-old man was found with serious injuries on North Lake Road in Bibra Lake at about 5.20am on Tuesday. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Western Australia Police said the vehicle involved had not been identified or located. North Lake Road remains closed in both directions while Major Crash investigators examine the scene.
Police are appealing for witnesses, including anyone who may have captured the collision on dashcam or a mobile phone.
