Love Is Blind UK stars Catherine Richards and Jake Singleton-Hill have become parents for the first time, welcoming a baby girl named Clara-Jane.
Catherine announced the birth on Instagram after their daughter arrived on 19 August, sharing a black-and-white photograph of the couple with their newborn. The couple also shared footage of Jake leaving hospital with Clara-Jane in a baby carrier, as well as a photograph taken shortly after the birth. Followers responded with messages of congratulations.
The new arrival comes after the pair announced in February that they were expecting their first child. In a later post about their baby shower, Catherine described the couple’s journey as a new family chapter and said she felt “truly blessed” by their relationship. Catherine, a dental nurse from Jersey, appeared on the first series of the Netflix dating show in 2024. She became engaged to Freddie Powell after forming a connection with him in the pods, but the pair did not marry.

Catherine later revealed that she contacted Jake after spotting him on social media. The pair went on to speak regularly before beginning a relationship away from the cameras.
Netflix subsequently confirmed that Catherine was dating Jake, another member of the first-season pod squad. The couple later went public with their relationship and revealed they had moved in together and shared a dog.
