Nicole Kidman has been praised by viewers for appearing more natural and relaxed during a BBC interview with her Practical Magic 2 co-star Sandra Bullock.
The 59-year-old Australian actress appeared on The One Show as the pair promoted the sequel to their 1998 fantasy film. Kidman smiled broadly and spoke animatedly about her love of cats during the interview.
Some viewers said her face appeared less taut than in previous public appearances, with particular attention paid to the movement around her eyes and forehead.
“Finally some movement around her eyes and forehead! So much better,” one person wrote on social media.
Another commented: “Nicole looks so good. More natural… it looks so gorgeous,” while a third wrote: “Looks absolutely stunning! Less Botox totally worth it!”
Others described the actress as “a little more natural” and welcomed what they saw as a softer appearance. However, there has been no confirmation from Kidman that she has changed her use of Botox or undergone any particular cosmetic treatment.
Kidman and Bullock have been travelling together to promote Practical Magic 2, which reunites them as sisters Gillian and Sally Owens more than two decades after the original film.
The actress also recently sent a video message to Lane Cove Public School in Sydney, where she was a pupil, to mark its 150th anniversary.
Kidman recorded the message while in Santorini, Greece, and told pupils she remembered running around the school playground and had made friends there with whom she was still in contact. The school’s anniversary celebrations took place in August, according to the New South Wales Department of Education. While many viewers thanked her for the message, others again focused on her appearance, speculating online about whether she had reduced or stopped using Botox. Those comments remain unsubstantiated.
