Australian actress Simmone Jade Mackinnon has appealed for help to find her sister, Kym Mackinnon, who has been reported missing in Queensland.
Mackinnon, known for playing Stevie Hall in McLeod’s Daughters, shared a missing-persons poster on social media on Monday and asked members of the public: “Have you seen my sister?”
She said Kym was last seen on Guanaba Road in Tamborine Mountain, in Queensland’s Gold Coast hinterland.
Kym Mackinnon, 51, is described as being 165cm tall with a very slim build, dark brown eyes and dark brown hair. The date and time she was last seen were not included in the appeal.
“Please share this post ESPECIALLY if you are in Queensland,” Mackinnon wrote.
Queensland Police have confirmed they are investigating a missing-person report.
Mackinnon is also recognised for her role as Allie Reese in Baywatch Hawaii. She recently won the adventure reality series The Summit, after stepping back from acting for several years.
