A 16-year-old boy has been indicted on a murder charge over the alleged fatal stabbing of businessman and Universal co-founder Greg Josephson at a house party in Brisbane.
The teenager appeared before the Brisbane Supreme Court on Thursday, represented by his legal team rather than attending in person. No plea was entered.
Mr Josephson, 58, was found dead inside his home in Clayfield after a party at the million-dollar property on June 26 last year.
About 30 teenagers were at the house when police arrived, including the boy, who was 15 at the time. He is alleged to have stabbed Mr Josephson, who was known to him.
The teenager called triple-0 and was arrested near the Clayfield mansion.
The brief court hearing was adjourned for review on November 26. The teenager remains in custody.
