Three men were taken to hospital after suffering suspected overdoses at Wheaton Metro station in Maryland, police said.
Emergency services were called to the station in the 11,000 block of Veirs Mill Road at about 8.15pm on Monday, October 12. Officers and first responders found the men in separate areas of the station, each in cardiac arrest.
Narcan, a medicine used to reverse opioid overdoses, was administered at the scene before the men were taken to hospital. Montgomery County police said all three were conscious afterwards, although their conditions remained unknown.
An investigation into the incident is under way.
