TikToker Dakota Harper had his bond doubled to $20,000 in court on Monday, with home confinement added as a condition of his release.
Harper had previously been ordered to post $10,000 bond. He appeared unhappy after the new conditions were announced.
Harper and Felicity Eatmon were charged last week with arson and conspiracy to commit arson over allegations that they attempted to burn down an abandoned home.
The pair were allegedly captured on camera starting a fire on September 27. The footage appeared to show Eatmon handing Harper a piece of paper, which was then set alight and placed inside the property.
