Two sexual enhancement supplements sold through Amazon and Walmart.com in the United States have been recalled after laboratory testing found undeclared ingredients used in prescription medicines for erectile dysfunction.
A&P Creations LLC is recalling X10 Natural Enhancement Supplement and biQ-FEL after the US Food and Drug Administration found sildenafil and tadalafil in the products. The substances are the active ingredients in Viagra and Cialis respectively.
The FDA warned that the unlisted ingredients may interact with nitrates contained in some prescription medicines, including nitroglycerin, and could cause blood pressure to fall to dangerously low levels. People with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or heart disease may be more likely to take medicines containing nitrates.
Which sexual enhancement supplements are affected?
X10 is a liquid sold in a red and gold box containing seven red, lightning-bolt-shaped sachets, each holding 15ml. The recalled product carries the lot numbers F090824LN16, F170325LN19 and F300326LN28, with expiry dates ranging from August 2026 to March 2028.
biQ-FEL is sold as a 500ml liquid in a bottle bearing the product name. Its packaging includes Spanish-language wording, including “Sabor artificial Hierbabuena”. The affected lot numbers are biQ-f001-06-25 and biQ-003-01-26.
The products were distributed to US consumers through Amazon, Walmart.com and naturefuel.us. X10 was sold between December 15, 2024 and June 11, 2026, while the FDA said biQ-FEL was also distributed through the same online channels.
A&P Creations said it bought and distributed both products as finished goods and did not manufacture or formulate them. The company began the recalls after FDA laboratory analysis detected sildenafil and tadalafil that were absent from the labels.
The firm said it had not received any reports of adverse events linked to either recall as of September 14, 2026. Distribution has stopped and affected customers are being notified through electronic messages and marketplace procedures.
What consumers should do
Anyone with either recalled product should stop using it immediately and dispose of it. Consumers who have experienced health problems after taking or using the supplements should contact a doctor or other healthcare professional.
