Katie Holmes and Jason Bard Yarmosky made their New York Fashion Week debut as a couple on Friday, arriving hand-in-hand for the Calvin Klein show in New York.
The actress, 47, appeared to be in high spirits as she smiled and laughed beside the 39-year-old artist, who reciprocated her affectionate manner as they walked towards the venue.
Holmes wore a white button-down blouse with a flowing cream-coloured skirt, while Yarmosky opted for an off-white jumper and pinstriped trousers. The pair appeared to have coordinated their outfits for the occasion.
Holmes has long been a familiar presence at New York Fashion Week, but Friday marked the first time she and Yarmosky had attended the event together as a couple.
Their appearance followed another public display of affection at Cult Gaia’s show on Wednesday, where Holmes was seen putting her arms around Yarmosky.
A source said the couple had grown close quickly, adding: “Katie feels very comfortable with him. She’s having a lot of fun. They really enjoy spending time together and had an amazing summer.”
Holmes and Yarmosky went public with their relationship on September 1, when Holmes described him as “the best of the best” in a birthday post.
She later shared photographs from a romantic holiday in Italy, including images of the couple hiking, taking in the scenery and kissing. Yarmosky also shared the photographs on his social media feed.
The pair were first linked in June and intensified speculation about their relationship when they arrived hand-in-hand at a screening of Olivia Wilde’s film The Invite in July.
An audience member said at the time: “He was whispering in her ear, and she was laughing, they seemed very easy together and there was a smile on her face all night.”
They were also seen sitting together during the film, with Holmes resting her head on Yarmosky’s shoulder at one point.
Holmes’s relationship with Yarmosky is her first publicly known romance since she dated Bobby Wooten III for less than a year in 2022. Before that, she was in a six-year relationship with Jamie Foxx following the end of her marriage to Tom Cruise, with whom she has a 20-year-old daughter, Suri.
