The Saturday Night Live season 52 premiere airs on Saturday, September 26, with New York Knicks star Jalen Brunson hosting and KATSEYE making their debut as the musical guest.
The episode is scheduled to begin at 11.30pm ET, airing live on NBC and streaming simultaneously on Peacock.
Brunson will be hosting Saturday Night Live for the first time. He was named MVP of the 2026 NBA Finals after helping the Knicks secure their first championship in 53 years.

The new series also features two additions to the cast. Saidah Belo-Osagie and Grace Reiter have joined as featured players.

Dakota Johnson is due to host the October 3 episode, with Turnstile as the musical guest. Shane Gillis and Rosalía are scheduled for the October 10 programme.
Following a two-week break, Inde Navarrette will host the October 31 episode, with Gracie Abrams appearing as musical guest.
