Tammy Hembrow has reignited engagement rumours after her boyfriend, Grayson Te Moana, shared a video appearing to show the fitness influencer wearing a large diamond ring.
The 32-year-old was seen with the jewellery on her left hand in a TikTok posted by the 23-year-old Sydney-based model, who began dating Hembrow in February.
Te Moana added to the speculation by accompanying the clip with a ring emoji and a dancing man. Followers quickly began discussing whether the couple could be preparing to marry.
“This is getting out of hand,” one person commented, while another wrote: “Here we go again.”
However, fans also pointed out that the ring is believed to belong to Hembrow’s best friend, Isabella Laws, suggesting the apparent engagement may have been a social media tease rather than a proposal.
The latest rumours come days after the couple were seen travelling from Sydney to Adelaide. Hembrow was photographed leaning towards Te Moana for a kiss as they waited at the airport departure gate.
When asked whether an engagement could be in their future, Hembrow reportedly replied: “Maybe.” She was more guarded when questioned about the reason for their trip, joking that it was a “surprise”.
Their public displays of affection followed another burst of speculation involving the couple, after Te Moana appeared to joke that Hembrow was pregnant with their first child.
He shared an image of Hembrow completing a waiver form on her phone, with one question asking whether she was pregnant. She appeared to select the option indicating that she was in her first trimester, but Te Moana later captioned the post: “Fun waiver joke”.
Hembrow has three children from previous relationships. She shares son Wolf, 11, and daughter Saskia, nine, with former fiancé Reece Hawkins, and has a four-year-old daughter, Posy, with former fiancé Matt Poole.
Hembrow and Te Moana first prompted romance speculation when they were seen kissing on the Gold Coast in March, shortly after publicly confirming their relationship. They had already made their first public appearance as a couple at the Australian premiere of Wuthering Heights in Sydney in February.
Te Moana is the latest in a series of high-profile relationships for Hembrow, who previously had a short-lived interstate romance with footballer Bailey Smith. She was also married to Love Island Australia star Matt Zukowski from November 2024 until June last year, when they confirmed their separation after seven months of marriage.
