Aaron Paul has sold his Los Angeles estate for $7.495 million, more than a year after putting the property on the market for around $10 million.
The actor’s former home is the Seyler House, a storied estate situated just below Griffith Park. The property was eventually sold after its asking price was reduced to $8.2 million in January.
The 4,026-square-foot house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, along with a swimming pool, cold plunge, fire pit and outdoor fireplace.
Its grounds also include a koi pond, a garden dining patio and an amphitheatre.
Paul and his family no longer needed the Los Angeles property after moving to Paris shortly after the devastating wildfires in early 2025.
The Seyler House has previously been home to a number of other high-profile figures, including Jim Parsons, Robert Pattinson, Noah Wyle, Tim Curry, Robert Richardson and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
