Max Ehrich, Demi Lovato’s former fiancé, has been cited in Florida after police said he drove his BMW on the wrong side of a divided highway in Port St Lucie.
The singer and actor was stopped shortly after 9am on September 30 while driving a white 2020 BMW, according to the citation.
The traffic incident came around a month after Ehrich was arrested in Florida on August 25 for alleged possession of nitrous oxide.
He was also arrested in the state on a domestic violence charge in October 2025. In the aftermath, Ehrich said he intended to enter rehabilitation.
Ehrich and Lovato became engaged in 2020 after dating for several months, but ended their relationship in September that year, two months after the engagement.
Ehrich has not responded to a request for comment.
