Koko Black will open a new store at Claremont Quarter on Thursday October 15, offering the first 100 customers who make a purchase the chance to win part of a $300 chocolate shopping spree.
The chocolatier has relocated from its long-standing premises near David Jones to a new site beside Coles. The doors will open at 10am.
Each of the first 100 shoppers will receive a mystery bag containing $50 worth of treats. Five of those bags will contain golden tickets, with each ticket redeemable for $300 worth of chocolate from the store.
The new Claremont Quarter shop has been fitted out with a more modern, open layout, creating additional room for customers to browse and for products to be displayed.
It also features a hot chocolate bar, where shoppers can enjoy a drink while visiting the store.
The opening coincides with the release of Koko Black’s annual Christmas Collection, which includes festive treats and gifts such as pavlova, magic pudding and gingerbread bites.
Christmas advent calendars are also available, ranging from the $49.90 classic calendar to a new $349 12 Days of Christmas calendar.
For the first month, customers will be able to have blocks and gift-box packaging personalised free of charge.
