Alicia Douvall was dubbed the ‘queen of kiss and tells’ after spilling the tea on her many romances with high-profile male celebrities over the years.
The Nineties glamour model, now 47, was known for her string of boyfriends and her constant cycle of surgeries, and was never far away from a headline and a wild party.
Alicia, who has had more than 400 cosmetic procedures, has been rumoured to have had romances with the likes of Simon Cowell, Mick Hucknall, P Diddy, Mickey Rourke and Dean Gaffney.
She was also allegedly linked to John Terry, Fabien Barthez, Calum Best, Shaggy and Dane Bowers, while she was engaged to Dennis Rodman.
But last week, Alicia finally got her happily ever after as she tied the knot with her businessman fiancé David Anstiss.
Alicia announced: ‘We got married! So happy to have married my best friend and kindest man on the planet.’
Referencing her many failed relationships, Alicia added: ‘I saved the best till last!’
As Alicia settles into new married life, the Daily Mail has detailed her complicated road to her fairy-tale ending.

Early fame
Born Sarah Howes, she changed her name to Alicia Douvall to make it ‘more suited’ to glamour modelling.
Her father was a self-made millionaire and Tory councillor and she attended the prestigious Springfield Park School, Horsham, West Sussex.
But Alicia has admitted being sent to boarding school aged nine was the start of her issues with self-confidence and an obsession with her looks.
She would save up the pocket money sent to her by her parents and buy beauty products such as tanning tablets and hair dye.
In one of her most outlandish childhood stunts she even once, when she was just 11, had a sunbed shipped to the school.
Aged 17, and after being expelled, she had her first boob job after deciding to pursue glamour modelling, a decision based on the fact she was too short for catwalk work.
By the late 1990s she was a Page 3 girl, modelling for magazines and presenting on Playboy TV and earning £5,000 a week.
She also boosted her bank balance and fame with a 2006 appearance on Love Island, where she made a six-figure sum, despite lasting just one week in the villa.
Surgery addiction

Alicia has had more than 400 cosmetic procedures totalling to a self-estimated £1million.
After 18 boob jobs, 11 nose tweaks, bum implants and even having her ribs shaved down, Alicia gave up going under the knife and over the past decade has built a successful skincare brand, centered, ironically enough, around the ethos of natural anti-ageing.
It’s quite the pivot for Alicia, whose previous life ambition was to have the biggest boobs in Britain.
At the centre of the fame Alicia was addicted to cosmetic surgery, at one point having an enhancement every single week.
‘Apart from my daughter’s education, I spent nothing on anything but surgery. I ate beans on toast and never had a holiday. I even persuaded boyfriends to pay for operations,’ she told The Mail On Sunday in 2013.
‘Even when my daughter begged me to stop having surgery, I carried on. I was convinced the next operation was going to make everything OK, so I didn’t listen.’
The arrival of her second daughter Papaya in 2011 saw Alicia, who is also mum to Georgia, 31, vow to never go under the knife again, but she struggled to break free of her addiction.
She was diagnosed with body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), also called dysmorphia. A mental illness linked to anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder, or OCD, sufferers obsess over their appearance and have a distorted perception of the way they look.

In 2015, the television personality revealed her bottom implants had exploded inside her and that the leaking poisonous silicone was dripping into her bloodstream.
Then, in 2021 Alicia revealed she’s had so many botched surgeries that she was stuck in a vicious cycle of needing Botox every six months to keep her face lifted.
She also revealed that she suffered a medical emergency in June 2020 when her left breast became inflamed as a result of having Allergan implants, which have been linked to cases of cancer.
Revealing one breast was red raw and double the size of the other, Alicia thought she was suffering with heat stroke but found herself unable to move, coming to the conclusion that she was dying and started saying goodbye to relatives.
The model revealed that she was later diagnosed with sepsis, a life-threatening reaction to an infection, while an MRI scan brought a lump to light, along with a swollen lymph node, which was caused by the Allergan implant due to its rough surface.
‘It was the final wake-up call to realising the stupid mistakes I’ve made in my past. It was a miracle that I’d lasted this long,’ Alicia said.
After 20 years of being known for her enhancements, she has reinvented herself as a spokesman for ageing naturally.
In 2011, she and her daughter launched Douvall’s beauty brand after discovering the benefits of cold-pressed argan oil on their skin.
Alicia, who once sparked outrage when she said she wouldn’t mind if her eldest daughter had plastic surgery too, launched the business with Georgia and invested all of her £20,000 savings.
And it’s paid off with the brand stocked in the likes of Sephora and Superdrug in the UK and Walmart in the US.
High-profile exes

Meanwhile, in 2012 Alicia also revealed details about her sizzling ‘six month affair’ with Simon (pictured) over two decades ago, revealing they had sex 11 times a night on one occasion
It’s no surprise Alicia has been dubbed the ‘queen of kiss and tells’ after detailing all the juicy details about her high-profile relationships.
Back in 2015 during her stint in the Celebrity Big Brother house, Alicia revealed that she was living with Dwight Yorke when he ‘cheated’ on her with Katie Price.
‘He was alright, just a charmer and had an amazing body,’ Alicia said in the Celebrity Big Brother house, to which Katie remarked: ‘I can’t remember.’
Katie frankly asked: ‘Did you go to his house?’
‘I lived with him, while he was with you,’ the mother-of-two replied.
‘That’s what launched my career,’ she admitted, in reference to her famous feud with Katie in 2002.
The two women also bonded over the fact they dated Dane Bowers, with Alicia confessing Dane also cheated on her with Katie.
Meanwhile, in 2012 Alicia also revealed details about her sizzling ‘six month affair’ with Simon Cowell over two decades ago, revealing they had sex 11 times a night on one occasion.
‘He was just like Fifty Shades Lothario Christian Grey!’ she told Closer magazine. ‘He was sensitive but domineering.’
What’s more, Alicia says the X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent judge would take his work home with him – by rating her bedroom antics.
‘He would analyse my performance just like a judge on a TV show and say how there could be an improvement next time,’ she said.
Alicia, who initially met Simon in a hotel bar back in 2001, went into some depth about their affair in an interview with The Sun back in 2012.
‘On the third of fourth date we ended up doing it 11 times in one night…’ she recounted.
‘We started having sex and went on through the night. We slept a little bit in between but only for a few minutes.’
But her relationship with the 66-year-old music mogul reportedly ended around six months later when Simon tired of her like an ‘old toy’.
Eating disorder

Alicia has been incredibly open about her battle with eating disorders, after suffering with anorexia since the age of 12.
She blames her father, who would often make comments about her appearance, for developing her eating disorder.
Speaking to The Sun in 2015, she said: ‘My dad was a local Conservative councilor, a self-made millionaire, and just a very, very strict person. It felt like we all lived in fear.
‘He called me names and I was the one who he said was ugly and had no brains.
‘And that, to me, was worse than getting, you know, a punch or hit, because you knew physical violence was wrong and that makes them in a weaker position.’
Alicia added that she would starve herself for ‘days on end’ and when she did eat, it would be a lettuce leaf for breakfast and half a cucumber slice for lunch.
She continued: ”And I carried on like that until I was literally just surviving off water and I’d be really happy if I went three, four days without food.’
