Kim Zolciak’s boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, has asked a judge to keep Kroy Biermann away from his children, citing what he describes as concerns about the former American football player’s unpredictable behaviour.
The request forms part of court documents filed during Mowitz’s divorce from his estranged wife, Jillian Green, who is now dating Biermann. Mowitz claims Green’s divorce filings contain “untruths” and says she has been dishonest about the relationship for months.
Mowitz says he does not object to Green dating Biermann, but argues that allegations about Biermann’s conduct create a potential risk of danger or harm to the children. He is seeking court intervention over the matter.
The dispute comes as Biermann remains estranged from Zolciak, a former star of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Mowitz also denies cheating on Green with Zolciak.
Instead, he alleges that Green committed adultery during a trip to Las Vegas in 2024. Mowitz further claims she acknowledged the alleged affair during a deposition.
Mowitz says he has had enough of Biermann and wants the judge to decide whether he should be allowed near the children.
Biermann is also facing a separate family-related legal issue involving his son, Kroy Biermann Jr., who is the subject of a criminal case after a female classmate accused him of sexual assault.
