A crash involving multiple vehicles, including two large lorries, shut University Drive near Interstate 10 in Phoenix on Tuesday, September 15.
Footage from the scene showed one of the lorries had smashed through a fence and was left partly hanging over an overpass, while the junction was blocked in its entirety.
Drivers were urged to avoid the area as emergency crews dealt with the aftermath of the collision.
It was not immediately clear whether anyone had been injured, nor what caused the crash. Further details had not been released.
