Manchester United are considering a January move for Crystal Palace striker Jean-Philippe Mateta as they assess their options in attack, according to reports.
The potential approach is being considered amid ongoing fitness issues affecting Benjamin Sesko. United are understood to view Mateta as an experienced Premier League forward who could provide additional cover.
Mateta, 29, has established himself as a consistent threat for Palace and is reportedly keen to leave Selhurst Park in the near future. His performances have also attracted interest from AC Milan, while Aston Villa, Tottenham and Galatasaray have been linked with the striker.
