Phillip Schofield’s company added just £7,248 to its reserves in the latest financial year, highlighting the financial impact of the former television presenter’s disappearance from daytime broadcasting.
Fistral Productions, the media business controlled by the 64-year-old and his estranged wife Stephanie, 62, once held more than £3 million in assets and generated hundreds of thousands of pounds annually.
Schofield co-hosted ITV’s This Morning for two decades before leaving in May 2023. His departure followed his admission that he had lied about an affair with a much younger male colleague.

The latest Companies House records also indicate that Fistral Productions no longer had its only employee last year.
A second company controlled by the couple, Fistral Properties, is shown as being £96,470 in debt despite purchasing an investment property for £861,000.
Schofield continues to live in a six-bedroom property in Chiswick, west London, which he bought for £2 million in August 2020. The home has electric gates as part of its security measures.
He made an attempted return to television in 2024 with Channel 5’s Cast Away, spending ten days alone on an island off Madagascar. During the programme, he criticised former colleagues whom he accused of failing to support him.
Stephanie Schofield and the couple’s daughters, Molly, 33, and Ruby, 30, also appeared in the series. Schofield said the love of his family had “never wavered”.
Molly left her role as a talent agency manager after the affair became public and later acted as her father’s de facto publicist.
Neither daughter has featured Schofield on her public Instagram account in recent years. Molly’s last photograph of him was posted in July 2018, while Ruby’s only post featuring her father dates from June 2014.
Schofield’s own Instagram account is also limited, with the presenter following only eight accounts, including Formula One drivers Lewis Hamilton and Lando Norris. Dawn French is the only showbusiness friend among them.
