One person has been detained after police were called to Daytona College in Ormond Beach, Florida, over an alleged aggravated battery.
Officers attended the 400 block of South Nova Road on Sunday evening following the report, the Ormond Beach Police Department said.
A suspect was later detained in connection with the incident. Police have not released details about the circumstances or said whether anyone was injured.
The department said there was no continuing threat to the surrounding area. The circumstances leading to the incident remain under investigation.
