Billionaire Rupert Murdoch’s ‘wildchild’ granddaughter Charlotte Freud is enjoying a sizzling new romance following her split from Netflix star Isaak Presley.
The Daily Mail can reveal the 25-year-old music producer, whose famously feuding media dynasty inspired the HBO hit Succession, is now dating New York-based actor and model Frederick Mariano, 31.
At a towering 6ft 4in and heavily tattooed, Frederick makes a striking new beau for Charlotte, who has plenty of ink of her own.
A source close to the couple told the Mail: ‘They met earlier this summer, so it’s early days but it’s going very well. They’re very loved up and seem like a perfect match. Maybe this guy could be the one.’
The new lovebirds enjoyed an Italian getaway this week, where they shared a glimpse from the trip on Instagram.
One intimate photo shows Charlotte – sporting a black long-sleeved, high-cut swimsuit – leaning over the side of a private boat to kiss a shirtless Frederick in the water.Â

Another photo shows them entwined aboard the boat, showing off their tattooed arms, while a black-and-white snap sees their hands pressed together, putting Frederick’s extensive collection of finger and hand ink on full display.
Frederick is a model and independent film actor, with credits including the 2021 short film Letters from the War and last year’s Shy Guys: a Mafia Comedy.
His blossoming relationship with Charlotte comes after her split from Hollywood actor Isaak, 24, who played Bobby Popko in Netflix’s Fuller House and starred as Ethan Diaz alongside Jenna Ortega in Disney Channel series Stuck in the Middle.
Charlotte and Isaak went public in March 2025 with a goth-cowboy themed photoshoot posted on social media – and quickly became serious, moving in together in Los Angeles.
But the pair quietly split in October last year, with a source close to Charlotte – who has since moved to New York – saying at the time that the decision was mutual.
Before that, Charlotte was married to British rapper and artist Luke Storey, 40, whom she met when she was 18 and working at west London members’ club Laylow, where he was DJing.
Both had struggled with addiction and Charlotte later credited falling in love with Luke with helping put her on the road to sobriety. She described their attraction as an ‘immediate obsession’.
They married in July 2022 at St Mary’s Church in the Cotswolds village of Westwell in front of around 70 guests, with her grandfather Rupert, now 95, arriving at the lavish society wedding by helicopter.
But just hours after the glamorous nuptials, where guests also included TV presenter Claudia Winkleman and Hollywood star Woody Harrelson, the relationship unravelled spectacularly.
Charlotte, whose brother Jonah is dating Lily Allen, later revealed Luke relapsed as they set off on honeymoon, saying: ‘We had been married for 12 hours when our whole world collapsed.’
She subsequently described the marriage as a ‘s***show’, explaining that their relationship worked when they were both sober but struggled when their recovery faltered.
Their divorce was finalised just 14 months after they said ‘I do.’

London-born Charlotte, who performs under the name Tiarlie, has spoken candidly about her wayward adolescence, revealing she partied heavily between the ages of 15 and 19 before eventually quitting drugs.
She previously described herself as the family’s ‘trouble child’, saying she rebelled partly because of the expectations that came with her famous surname.
She is the daughter of media executive Elisabeth Murdoch and PR mogul Matthew Freud, putting her at the centre of two celebrated dynasties: as well as Rupert being her maternal grandad, her dad is a nephew of the late artist Lucian Freud and great-grandson of psychoanalysis pioneer Sigmund Freud.
Charlotte has even given her seal of approval to Succession, the HBO drama about a warring billionaire media family widely associated with the Murdochs.
She previously declared it was ‘totally accurate’ that the show was based on her family and said of Elisabeth: ‘My mum is very Shiv.’
