A seven-year-old boy who authorities said was tortured to death by his mother and her two trans lovers died from blunt trauma to the head.
William Michael Evans-Ellis was found dead last week inside the Cincinnati home he shared with his mother Kaitlin Evans, 38, Nessa Keaney, 23, and Kirby Rankin, 23.
On Tuesday, Hamilton County Coroner Dr. Lakshmi Sammarco said the youngster died from blunt trauma to the head.
