Three people have been found dead inside a home in Flower Mound, Texas, after police were called to carry out a welfare check.
Officers from the Flower Mound Police Department went to a property in the 10,700 block of Sunrise Circle at about 10.43am on Wednesday, September 23, after two residents failed to report for work and relatives were unable to contact them.
Police entered the house after assessing the circumstances at the scene and found three deceased people inside. Their identities have not been released.
The deaths are being investigated by the department’s Criminal Investigations Division. Police have not disclosed how the individuals died or indicated whether anyone has been arrested.
Authorities said there was no indication of an active threat to the wider community and that further information would be released as it became available.
