Alexia Nepola has confirmed that she and Todd Nepola are happily together again, two years after he filed for divorce. The Real Housewives of Miami star shared the update during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live.
Host Andy Cohen asked the 59-year-old to define her current relationship with Todd, saying they were “clearly back together again”.
“Very happy,” Alexia replied. “Things are so much better. We’re in a great place, and you know, love wins. We figured it out.”
Alexia married Todd in 2021, before he filed for divorce two years later. The pair were subsequently seen showing affection during a beach outing a month after their divorce was finalised.
She had also said in June 2025 that they were happy and wanted to remain together. “All we know is that we love each other and we are very happy with each other. We’re in a good place and we want to be together,” she said at the time.
Asked whether she would marry again, Alexia said Todd would be the only person she would consider marrying, and ruled out doing so on television.
“I would only remarry Todd. Not anybody else,” she said. “I would definitely not do it on TV.”
She added that she would like to renew her vows with Todd one day, saying: “I feel like that’s such a special moment between the bride and the groom.”
Earlier this year, The Real Housewives of Miami was put on pause for a second time.
