Anthropic’s initial public offering prospectus has been made public, revealing that the artificial intelligence company generated $16.3 billion in revenue during the first six months of 2026.
The figure was about 13.5 times higher than the $1.2 billion recorded in the same period a year earlier, offering investors their first detailed view of the company’s finances ahead of its planned stock market debut.
Anthropic reported a net loss of $80.7 billion for the six months to June. Much of that loss – $72.4 billion – resulted from an accounting charge reflecting the increased value of convertible notes issued by the company.
The company intends to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker ANT. Its debut is expected to take place during Thanksgiving week, with a potential valuation of between $1.5 trillion and $2 trillion.
Several details of Anthropic’s financial position had previously emerged through draft versions of the filing and presentations made to prospective investors.
