Cornell University’s president has acknowledged concerns over how allegations of gang rape in 2024 were handled, saying the Ivy League institution “must do better”.
Michael Kotlikoff, who was interim president of Cornell at the time, made the comments in a video statement released by the university.
The allegations remain unproven, while the statement focuses on the university’s handling of the case and the concerns raised about its response.
