Jaime King’s divorce from Austin Sosa has been finalised after a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge entered a final judgment, restoring both parties to single status.
The ruling was entered on Friday, although the court has reserved jurisdiction over the issue of spousal support for King.
Sosa had asked the court in July to move the proceedings forward and end the marriage by default. He filed for divorce in January, a decision King said left her “completely blindsided”.
King, who was previously married to producer Kyle Newman, said she and Sosa had been together the day before the filing and were still attempting to resolve their relationship.
