Presley Gerber’s ex-girlfriend Lexi Wood later found a new public platform as a cast member on Bravo’s Summer House, after the pair’s brief relationship in late 2022. Gerber, the son of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, died aged 27 in September 2026.
Although their romance was short-lived, Gerber and Wood appeared together at several high-profile events, including occasions with his parents. Wood was already known as a model and Playboy figure, and had previously been linked to Brooklyn Beckham in 2018.

The couple made their relationship public on Instagram in early November 2022. Gerber shared a selfie with Wood alongside a video of the pair kissing, captioned: “Guys I did it.”
The clip featured a voice saying: “Guys I did it! I found the person that makes me the happiest I have ever been.” Wood also posted about the relationship, writing: “if you didn’t already know, I’m in love.” Gerber replied: “My angel. I love you.”
Both posts were later changed after the break-up. Gerber’s post was deleted, while Wood edited hers to remove references to him.
Before going public, the pair attended the Casamigos Halloween Party in October 2022. They dressed as characters from The Flintstones at the event, which was hosted by Crawford and Gerber.
Days after confirming their relationship online, Wood and Gerber joined Crawford and Rande Gerber on the red carpet at a Malibu event held to celebrate Crawford by Haute Living and Omega on November 3, 2022.

The relationship had ended by December 14, 2022. A source told E! News that the pair had “realized very quickly it wasn’t going to be a long-term relationship”, while another source claimed Wood had initiated the split.
At the time, Wood was reported to be focusing on herself, her modelling work, her podcast and her partnerships.
Lexi Wood on Summer House
Wood joined the cast of Bravo’s Summer House for its ninth season in 2025, but announced her departure before the finale aired.
“Well… That wasn’t the summer I signed up for but it definitely taught me a lot,” she wrote on Instagram Stories.
She added: “I stood up for women and for what’s right, even when it wasn’t easy and I’d do that again in a heartbeat. I’m leaving Summer House with no regrets (well…maybe one).”
Wood said she was proud of how she had handled herself and what she had walked away from, adding: “And even prouder of what I’m walking toward. Big things are coming! Stay tuned!”
During the season, she began a romance with fellow cast member Jesse Solomon. Their relationship was marked by drama and ended before the season concluded.
Wood was also asked about rumours that she had dated Drake during an appearance on Gia Giudice’s Casual Chaos podcast. She said it had been “insane” for someone other than herself or Drake to discuss the matter publicly, but described him as “amazing” and “really lucky to know him”.
She also criticised comments made by Solomon about her alleged connection to Drake, calling them “very distasteful”.
