Lindsie Chrisley has reportedly been arrested for suspicion of DUI.
TMZ reported that Chrisley was arrested on suspicion of DUI in Georgia on Saturday night.
She was booked into jail and bonded out early the following morning.
‘I got pulled over speeding past a car on a two lane road because they almost hit an animal and I was trying to miss hitting them and whatever the animal was,’ she told the website.
Chrisley told the site she was immediately released after she was booked and intends on fighting the charge.
The Daily Mail has contacted a representative for Chrisley for comment but have not yet heard back.
The arrest comes just over one month after her then-boyfriend David Landsman was arrested for aggravated assault and accused of strangling her.
Last month Landsman accused her of hitting him in the face in a 911 call he made to authorities in Georgia. He was heard claiming Chrisley assaulted him in audio obtained by TMZ from the Cherokee Sheriff’s Office.
He said his then-girlfriend caused him to bleed before departing his home in her Lexus. ‘My girlfriend just broke in my house – I was asleep and she started beating my f***ing ass,’ he told an operator.
Landsman declined emergency services, saying he wasn’t going to touch his bloody face so authorities could properly take inventory of his injuries.
However, Chrisley told law enforcement Landsman grabbed her neck with ‘one hand and held her up so that her feet were off the ground.’
According to an arrest report attached to an April 13 court filing, she requested a restraining order against Landsman, per TMZ.
Chrisley told officers that she struck Landsman in the head near his eyebrow to separate herself from him physically, according to the legal docs.
Landsman’s behavior had grown menacing and intimidating toward her after their split following two years together, Chrisley said in her April court filing.
Chrisley has been estranged from her convicted felon reality star dad Todd and step-mom Julie for years.
In March 2025, Lindsie gave an update about the state of her relationship with her parents as they served their prison sentences at the time for fraud and tax evasion.
Speaking about the tense topic on the latest episode of her podcast, Southern Tea, she revealed that she hasn’t been to see her father Todd for over a year. They were since released in May 2025 following a full pardon from President Donald Trump.
At the time, Lindsie said she had never been to visit her step-mom Julie in the more than two years that the reality star has been in prison.
She candidly stated: ‘The last time I visited my dad probably was … was it the beginning of last year? I can’t even honestly remember.
Lindsie continued: ‘[Nanny Faye and I] used to go together [to see my dad] when they first went [to prison].
Todd and his wife Julie were found guilty of committing tax evasion and bank fraud totaling $30 million in June 2022.
Todd was originally given a 12-year sentence while Julie received a seven-year sentence before being pardoned.
Lindsie admitted while they were still imprisoned: ‘I have not seen my dad in quite some time and I have had no contact. And that’s all I’m going to say for that.’
Todd welcomed Lindsie and her brother, Kyle, during his first marriage to Teresa Terry and Julie adopted both of them when she and Todd wed.
The two children were notably around during the early days of Chrisley Knows Best, but it seems Lindsie’s relationship with them has been strained ever since Todd and Julie’s prison sentence.
