A 19-year-old French man was killed after being stabbed in the neck during a violent altercation in the early hours of Sunday at Fréjus-Plage in southern France. Massachusetts State Police Trooper Jacob Mick was killed in an off-duty motorcycle crash over the weekend, investigators said Monday.
