Police are seeking the driver of a red sedan after a 42-year-old man was seriously injured in a hit-and-run in Phoenix.
The collision happened at about 4am on Sunday, September 13, near the junction of 27th Avenue and Glendale Avenue. Investigators say the man was lying in the northbound kerb lane of 27th Avenue when he was struck.
The vehicle was described as a newer-model red four-door sedan with LED headlights. It fled northbound after the collision, according to information released by Silent Witness.
The case has been recorded as a serious-injury hit-and-run under Phoenix police case number 2026-4591. Silent Witness is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest or indictment.
