A 65-year-old motorcyclist died after colliding with a pickup truck towing a trailer in Orange County, Florida, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
The crash happened shortly after 7pm on Saturday, September 26, on East Colonial Drive, also known as State Road 50, near St Anne Avenue in the Christmas area.
Troopers said the 53-year-old pickup driver failed to see the motorcyclist before the collision. The driver was not injured and remained at the scene.
Florida Highway Patrol has not said why the pickup driver did not see the motorcycle. The circumstances surrounding the fatal crash remain under investigation.
