Tyler Herro’s former girlfriend, Katya Henry, has challenged the Milwaukee Bucks star’s account of his parenting during their ongoing custody dispute.
In court documents, Henry claims Herro had only a small number of overnight visits with their two children between March 2025 and the filing of her case. Her account contrasts with statements Herro made to the court about the overnight time he had spent with the children since their separation.
Henry said shared parental responsibility would be in the children’s best interests, but wants “ultimate decision-making authority” over their health, education and extracurricular activities.

She also accepted Herro’s claim that he had supported the children since birth, but said she understood that to refer only to financial support.
Henry has asked the court to put “safeguards” in place for periods when Herro has the children, citing unspecified historical conduct. Herro has denied those claims.
The couple split in early 2025, and Henry moved out soon afterwards. She is now back in Miami, while Herro is preparing for his first season with Milwaukee.
