Police and firefighters were sent to Blueface’s Los Angeles-area home twice after emergency calls were made in what authorities determined were swatting incidents.
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies attended the property after the first call, but nobody was at home. The call was made at about 1.30pm the previous day.
A second response followed at around 3.42pm, when deputies and the Los Angeles County Fire Department arrived at the residence and spoke with Blueface.
They established that there was no medical emergency. The caller had reported that someone at the house was suffering a seizure.
During the first incident, the caller claimed to have seen a woman throw a boy to the ground. Both reports were subsequently treated as swatting calls.
It was not the first time Blueface had been targeted. In August, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies briefly detained the rapper and others after a false emergency call was made to a restaurant in Santa Clarita.
Blueface was released after it was determined that no crime had taken place.
