Sylvester Stallone has credited “divine guidance” with helping him write the 1976 film Rocky in just three and a half days.
Reflecting on the creative breakthrough during an interview with Tracy Smith, Stallone said he had “to give credence to some sort of divine guidance” behind the speed at which the screenplay came together.
The actor and writer discussed the remarkable pace of the writing process, attributing the achievement to something beyond his own creative instinct.
