Brooklyn Beckham missed Victoria Beckham’s Paris Fashion Week show as his father, David, joined the rest of the family to support the designer in the French capital.
David sat in the front row at the Conciergerie alongside Romeo, Cruz and Harper, as well as their partners, for Friday’s presentation of Victoria’s latest collection.
Victoria’s family appeared to embrace the occasion despite the continuing rift with her eldest son. Cruz’s girlfriend Jackie Apostel and Romeo’s girlfriend Kim Turnbull, along with Harper, wore pieces from the Victoria Beckham label.
Brooklyn, 27, and his wife Nicola Peltz were in Paris earlier in the week and attended the Balenciaga show. They had also been seen at the MESSIKA show, but did not attend Victoria’s event.
David appeared to make a further attempt to ease tensions by liking a video posted on Instagram showing Brooklyn and Nicola at the MESSIKA presentation on Thursday night.
The clip, shared by photographer Yehiel Chekroune, showed Nicola praising the designers after the show. Fans noticed David’s engagement with the post, with one commenting: “David liked this. He loves his kids. Everything’s going to be okay.”
Brooklyn Beckham absent from Victoria’s Paris show
A source said there was little prospect of the estranged brothers crossing paths in Paris, with Romeo partying at the Plaza Athénée hotel alongside Spanish tennis player Carlos Alcaraz while Brooklyn was elsewhere in the city.
“No good will come from them bumping into one another, relations are still devastatingly strained,” the source said.
They added that Victoria’s Paris shows were “very special to her” and that having her family present “means so much”, before saying Brooklyn was missed but had “chosen this to be the ways it is”.
Harper, 15, was photographed earlier in the day with Romeo, 24. Kim shared footage of herself travelling through Paris before dining at Matsuhisa Paris, while Jackie and Cruz posted images of their outfits ahead of the show.
Romeo attended in an oversized gunmetal-grey suit, white T-shirt and brown loafers. Jackie wore a cut-out black dress from Victoria’s collection, while Cruz opted for a cream jumper.
Victoria was filmed by David preparing for the show on a StairMaster while wearing heels. When he asked whether she was taking her training “a bit too far”, she replied: “No I’m just training.”
The designer appeared emotional as she closed the show at the historic Conciergerie, once a medieval royal palace and later a prison during the French Revolution.
Brooklyn and Nicola last attended Victoria’s fashion show in September 2024, several months before the family dispute became public. The event featured briefly in Victoria’s Netflix series.
The rift worsened after Brooklyn did not attend David’s 50th birthday celebrations, despite being in London with Nicola. The couple also declined invitations to join the family at a Bordeaux vineyard, the Beckhams’ Cotswolds home and a restaurant in Notting Hill.
Brooklyn later published a lengthy statement on Instagram in which he said he did not want to reconcile with his family and alleged that his parents had tried to damage his relationship with Nicola. He also claimed that Victoria had taken over the first dance at his wedding.
Those claims were presented by Brooklyn as part of his account of the family dispute. The raw material contains no response from David or Victoria to the allegations.
Victoria’s fashion and beauty businesses have nevertheless had a stronger financial year. Her holding company reported an operating profit of £7.3 million for the year to December 2025, compared with a £1.5 million loss the previous year.
