A slimy black sea creature that washed up on a popular Welsh beach has left onlookers puzzled over exactly what it might be — with experts suggesting it could be a rare species of sea hare. The slug-like animal was spotted this week by a dog walker at Trearddur Bay on Anglesey. Wowcher has issued an unreserved apology after an email campaign used wording that appeared to mock a crocodile attack involving a three-year-old boy at a zoo, as detectives study CCTV footage of the incident. The child remains in a critical but stable condition at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge following Thursday’s incident at Johnsons of Old Hurst in Huntingdonshire. US Park Police have detained another person over the alleged vandalism of the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool in Washington, only days after the landmark reopened following a major renovation. The suspect, described as a cyclist, was arrested at the scene. A California woman died and dozens were injured after a Target semi-truck plowed through the center divider of a freeway and caused a massive crash.  The accident happened around 8.55am local time on the 210 Freeway in Irwindale, about 20 miles east of Los Angeles, according to KTLA citing the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
