The death toll from the Bondi Beach massacre has risen to 16 after survivor Eva Geller died almost 11 months after being shot during the attack.
Ms Geller, 90, was injured in the terrorist incident in Sydney’s eastern suburbs on 14 December last year.
She was recently admitted to hospital with an infection and suffered a stroke while receiving treatment.
Ms Geller died on Thursday evening, with her death attributed to complications arising from the injuries she sustained in the shooting.
